We are a small family run holiday cottage business with cottages in and around Pickering and on the North Yorkshire Moors. Our cottages are a mixture of those we own and operate ourselves and others that we act as an agency. The common link is that all the cottages have an emphasis on quality, service and a real home from home feel.

We have cottages in a range of fabulous locations in Pickering, Helmsley, and on the Moors, overlooking the North Yorkshire steam railway and in both village and rural locations. Perfect locations for exploring the Moors, coast and many historic properties for walkers and outdoor pursuit enthusiasts as well as, steam train enthusiasts, and bird watchers.

The cottages are all annually assessed by Visit Britain so you can be assured of the quality standards. The cottages are all very individual, many are character grade II listed properties. Almost all have en suite facilities, ideal for couples travelling together and most have log fires perfect for winter breaks. Many cottages welcome pets. The cottages individually sleep 2-7.
