This three storey family town house is located on Eastgate, a lovely tree lined road and is within easy walking distance of the town centre of Pickering. It has the added benefit of a large extended kitchen dining area, together with two king size and a twin bedroom. Outside is a small lawned garden area with table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with oak framed king size bed. Wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside cabinets. Radio alarm clock.
Bathroom: Bathroom with mira electric shower over the bath. Wash basin, and WC. Heated towel rail, shaving point and mirror.
Second Floor
Bedroom 2: Twin framed wooden beds. Wardrobe and set of drawers. Bed lights and CD radio alarm clock.
Bedroom 3: Pleasant room looking out of the back of the property with a wooden framed king size bed. Bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobes.
Outside
Garden: Fenced off lawned area directly across from the back door of the cottage. Seating area with table and chairs.
Parking: Parking is at the roadside opposite the front of the property.
Restrictions
Dogs: No dogs in this cottage.
Considerations
Staircase: The second floor staircase is steep and the treads are narrow. It does have a handrail.
